ドライバーのレベルが高い傾向。他のアプリのドライバーとは異なり、これまでの経験上、ドライバーへの指示は不要。乗車予約する時も、ドライバーがスムーズに出発地点まで来てくれる。カスタマーサービスも他の配車アプリのドライバーと比べるとはるかに良い。 パイペイ、Wingで支払い可能になり、とても便利。今後は、デビットカード等のカード決済に期待。 ドライバーの数が少ないことで、深夜はなかなかドライバーがつかまらず、その点では他のアプリに劣る。 登録できる地点が、自宅と職場の二箇所のみなので、ここは増やしてもらいたい。

By far the best and most complete Cambodian ride hailing app. Can't understand why PassApp and it's derivates based on the crappy mirage engine are so popular here. This app has periodic discounts, an online wallet that can be easily refilled even during a ride, a working map and so on. And most important, they have a superb customer service that speaks perfect English and resolves every problem you might have efficiently. Highly recommended!!
